Great article, Paula! Totally agree with you. The options are full-remote, remote-first (something like a few days per month in the office), office-first (a few days per week in the office), and full-office. There's no mid option.

One thing that I've been encountering lately are founders at the beginning of their journey to whom I ask "so, are you planning to already start your new company full-remote?" and I receive the following answer "we (the founders) believe that we need to be ph9isically together in the beginning to create the business and the culture, later will definitely migrate to a more remote setting." What do you think of this change of operation mode according to the phase of the company?
